沟盖板钢模具是用于生产电缆沟，排水沟，和隧道，桥梁，道路建设中沟渠水泥盖板的模具，盖板模具采用钢板经过折弯，焊接，压圆，贴字等工艺完成设计要求尺寸形状，模具外部加入角铁，钢筋固定外形。

沟盖板模具为矩形，设计有底部，将沟盖板钢模具放上震动平台，在放入搅拌好的混凝土，经过1分钟震动，使混凝土中气泡散出，让后将装入混凝土的沟盖板模具放于阴凉处，等水泥凝固后拆模具就完成了整个生产工艺。
